Geared toward the maintenance professional this three-part series, offered at no additional charge, is a hands-on approach to the latest state-of-the-art maintenance techniques that can not only prevent unscheduled maintenance issues, but predict them. Choose one of the three listed classes below. Lunch and personal facility tour are included in this series. AGV Electrical Systems and Calibration (4 hours)

This class provides an overview of Eagle III electrical systems, including use of the hand control unit and on-board display. The session will include coverage of UMS calibration, motor controller calibration, hand controller joystick calibration, encoder test and calibration, battery calibration, etc. Hands-on instruction will be provided to focus on troubleshooting, setup procedures, and maintenance.
SRM Preventive Maintenance and Mechanical Adjustments (4 hours)

This class provides an overview of typical Unit Load and Mini-Load SRM preventive maintenance requirements. We will cover mechanical inspections and adjustments including wheel alignment, motor brake inspection and adjustment, overspeed/freefall brake checkout, lift carriage adjustment, load roller assembly adjustment and alignment, shuttle/retractor and drive chain tensioning, lubrication requirements, etc. Special emphasis will be given to wire rope inspection and replacement. We will also cover issues related to record keeping and safety.
OpInt/OpNet Operator Interface Training (4 hours)

This class provides an overview of the end-of-aisle interface software for manual operation and troubleshooting of the HK4000, HK3000RF, HK750, and HK500 line of SRMs. The training will cover manual operation of the SRM, operating the SRM in exercise mode, diagnostic screens, SRM parameter configuration screens, rack configuration and mapping screens, and setting up software password protection.
