TRACK 1  SESSION 2
A Good Time To Reinvent Your Network
Monday, September 14th : 10:15am - 11:15am
Economic uncertainly, weak consumer demand, global complexities, increasing service demands, restrictive capital markets, and volatile fuel costs are just some of the many challenges that supply chain members face today. Sound familiar? One proven way to objectively and analytically identify ways to reduce cost, improve service and, very importantly, position your company for the inevitable economic turnaround is to perform a network strategy. This presentation will help you decide if you are a candidate for network realignment, what the roadmap to optimization looks like, and what output to expect.
