Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) is a tool that enables the top management team to establish in advance the desired levels of customer service, inventory investment, and order lead times - and then manage the business proactively. In today's troubled times, this is more important than ever. This lesson will explain the elements of an integrated S&OP system and define a roadmap to successful implementation at low cost, low risk, and measurable results within 90 days.

Bob has worked with many of the world's leading corporations and is the author of six books including, 'Sales & Operations Planning-The How To Handbook, 3rd Edition', and 'Sales & Operations Planning-The Executive's Guide'. Three of his books are used for professional certification in this field.
