Patrick Perkins, Ph.D. - Consulting Psychologist
Leadership Development Worldwide, LLP

Dr. Patrick Perkins is a Consulting Psychologist with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLP. LDW offers consulting services to business and industry, educational institutions, government agencies, and individual clients. Headquartered in the Greater Boston area, LDW also has offices in Denver, Houston, and New York, as well as in Europe. Patrick operates out of the New York office. Patrick specializes in executive coaching, talent development, executive candidate assessments, team building, and organizational change consultation. In addition, he works with a range of organizations to help them refine their talent development strategies in order to address the core needs of their workforce. He also has a particular interest in cultural factors within organizations, including generational differences among the workforce, and he has presented his work at international forums such as the International Congress of Psychology in Berlin. He recently put together a panel of international presenters to examine the multi-layered cultural dimensions that exist across multinational organizations. Patrick was previously a faculty member at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, NY. In that role, he conducted research, taught advanced residents, and maintained a private practice providing career coaching and development. Patrick received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and then received his master's and doctorate in clinical psychology from Michigan State University. He then completed his clinical internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center and post-doctoral fellowships at Weill Cornell Medical College and the William Alanson White Institute.
