Lean supply chains require just in time delivery of just the right amount of just the needed SKUs. This "store-ready-pallet" scenario can now be fully automated with the evolution of robotic mixed-SKU pallet building. This workshop demonstrates the sophisticated software and equipment developed to accomplish this holiest of grails.

Marc Ducharme - Partner & Palletizing/De-palletizing Manager

Mr. Ducharme has more than 15 years experience in the material handling market. Since joining the team at Axium in 1997, Marc has carried out many projects involving robotics in palletizing and depalletizing in various industries such as Food and Beverage, Chemical and Pharmaceutical. He acted also as the Technical lead for Axium's mechanical group, leading a team of up to 26 designers. As a partner for the last 5 years, he is in charge of Business Development in the palletizing and de-palletizing systems using robotics.
Mr. Ducharme obtained a Bachelor degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering from École Polytechnique of Montreal University.
