Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) have finally evolved as the backbone of automated facilities. They are expected to be as robust and "productized" as a WMS. This workshop and demo will unveil the features and roadmap for the HKEMS family and is appropriate for those contemplating new automation or a migration of old control.

Tom Alfredson - Director - MHS Software HK Systems
At HK Systems, Inc., Tom's primary responsibilities include organizing, controlling and directing efforts of HK Systems' MHS Software personnel to produce sound software installations of HK Systems' WMS and EMS products.
Tom brings with him over 17 years of experience in Software Development including Inventory Control and Automated Material Handling Systems. Over the years, Tom has participated in all phases of software project cycle including software estimating, product development, project development, and project implementation. Projects often involve integrating conveyors, automated guided vehicles, automated electrified monorail vehicles, automated storage and retrieval machines, and robotic palletizers.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational Mathematics from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan.
